What are the Eyelash Enhancements?

The most popular eyelash enhancement methods for men are dot placement method and fine eyelash line enhancement. With the peppered lash enhancement method, we implant tiny amounts of colour pigment along and within the eyelash line randomly to define the eyes and make the lashes appear thicker and fuller. With the fine line technique, a more visual and dramatic effect is produced by placing the pigment within the lash line to make it appear crisp and bold. The latter method suits darker skin types with already thick lashes. Both of these methods will heal with a very natural looking result and on one will know you’ve had it done unless you tell them.

How does it work?

As will all micropigmentation procedures we use the finest pharmaceutical grade pigments and single-use disposable needle cartridges, along with the latest in digital technology. We first numb the area using a topical anaesthetic cream for 20-30 minutes. We will then decide on the shape and look that best suits you. Once you agree these the treatment will begin. We will be implanting pigment into the upper most layers of the skin within the lash line to create realistic, fuller lashes. The results will be darker than desired initially, then once healed will appear very natural. Usual lightening is 40-50%.

We will discuss the type of look you are looking to achieve and agree the colour pigment choice and style. Most men opt for the peppered effect which appears totally masculine.
